Hailuodon Villat – cottage accommodation in Hailuoto
Hailuoto’s Villa Meri and Villa Luoto offer accommodation close to the services of Marjaniemi. The windows open to a unique view of the sea and surrounding nature.
The whole setup is well suited in size for, for example, two families or a group of two to three couples.
Villa Meri is an excellent choice for a family of three or for a couple. The cottage features a spacious double bed and an additional sofa bed. Stunning views can also be enjoyed from the small scenic loft.
The cottage includes a small kitchen and an electrically heated sauna. There is also an outdoor hot tub on the terrace.
Villa Luoto is best suited for a couple, but in addition to the spacious double bed, the living area has a sofa bed that can accommodate 1–2 extra guests. Pets are not allowed. Villa Luoto also has its own small kitchen and bathroom. It features a beautiful wood‑heated scenic sauna and a refreshing outdoor shower.
Altogether, Hailuodon Villat can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The villas are located right next to the services and beach of Marjaniemi, offering an excellent location that allows both peaceful relaxation and easy access to nearby restaurant services.
The closeness to nature also makes it easy to enjoy forest walks and mountain biking on nearby forest trails. The area is excellent for birdwatching as well — spotting a white‑tailed eagle soaring above the sea or resting on a coastal rock is not uncommon.
The cottage area also includes one shared electric car charging station available for guests.

Hailuodon Villat are located in Marjaniemi, Hailuoto, at Kengänperäntie 21. It’s only a short walk to the services of Marjaniemi.
The nearest restaurants are Hailuodon Halstari (approx. 500 m) and Restaurant Halli & Bistro, both located at Hotel Luoto about 500 m away. The nearest grocery stores (Sale and K‑Market) are in the centre of Hailuoto, about 7 km from the cottages.
